Newark Ave was presented to the Journal Square Redevelopment Agency as part of a R.F.P for the development of the site. Located in Journal Square, Jersey City, its has 52,000 sqf between the hotel area, retail, co-working space, amenities and public space. The project was among the final selection of the competition.
